Gina met Leif in a bookstore. Leif is a research librarian. They love books and reading. Leif proposed to Gina in front of a library. What could be more fitting for their wedding than library and book theme?
Save the Date // The save the date is created out of an actual library card and sleeve. The dates correspond to significant moments in their relationship, lastly being their wedding date! The card was tucked into the sleeve along with one of their engagement photos (which we took in the very same library, of course) and sent to guests in an envelop stamped with their custom logo.
Invitation Suite // We carried on the book theme by creating, what else, an actually book for the wedding invitation. All components were completely self-contained within the book, including information, map, driving direction and book-plate RSVP.
Day of Stationery // We design a book-style program for the ceremony. The escort cards are individual Dewey decimal-style catalog cards. Leif and Gina wrote a “book description” for each guest and they turned out hilariously awesome! We also design table name cards — each table was named after a book store section — and a custom guestbook.
