Could there be a more perfect couple than Eric and Maria? They’ve both got it all: good looks, brains, sweet personalities, and they are SO in love with each other! They got married at the Cathedral in Downtown Sacramento followed but a stunning reception at the Old Sugar Mill, complete with a super adorable farmer’s market theme. SO excited to share more, including their awesome stationery design by The Goodness!
I don’t think I will ever get tired of shooting at The Old Sugar Mill!
Steve and Jessica seem to have it all: darn good looks, fun and down-to earth personalities, and an awesome love for each other, not to mention their super cute dog Hayley! Sorry doggie, if I spelled your name wrong. 🙂 We did their engagement session last weekend on old town Folsom, their old stomping ground. It was so much fun! These two were so full of laughter, they really made it easy on us photographers!
I’m tellin’ ya..CUTE.
After fooling around in Old Town, we headed to the lake.
It was MAGIC at sunset.
Thanks Steve and Jessica! We had lots of fun with you guys! We can’t wait for the wedding in October!
Brad and Michaela had a completely charming wedding last weekend at Mulvaney’s Building & Loan. (P.S. If you want the best wedding food EVER, get married there!) Before heading off to be wed, we did a fun photo shoot in Old Sacramento. It just so happened to be a Time Travelers Weekend, so there were people in old-timey costumes everywhere! We even got invited into Old Eagle Theatre to take photos on the stage! So much fun! Congratulations Brad and Michaela! We are so excited for you to see ALL of the photos!
Congratulations to Andrew and Rachel who got married in Pleasanton, CA. We were there to capture all the love and excitement every step of the way. It was a HOT weekend, but these two didn’t let it phase them at all. They were both so friendly sweet and so excited to be getting married! There are many many more fun photos to share, including Drew and Rachel’s custom “love story” wedding invitations that I designed.
Mike and Morgan currently live in Boston but got married in Sacramento just about a week ago. We met them officially for the first time in person a few weeks ago over Tapas and Sangria (yes please!) They are such a cool, down to earth couple and their wedding at the Citizen Hotel was fantastic! Here a few teasers from the wedding…there will be much more to share later as we can’t wait to show you the wedding invitations we designed as well as some other little touches at the reception!
Who could refuse a wedding day latte?
I’m tellin’ ya, they are too cute for their own good!
We photographed Jeff and Marie’s engagement session in the sleepy old delta town of Locke, CA. First of all, how super adorable are Jeff and Marie? We absolutely love them to death and had such a fun time taking their photos last week. We started off along a beautiful trail near the river but were (VERY) quickly driven away by swarms of blood-sucking mosquitos! It was crazy-near-Everglades-status, people! A trip to the quickie-mart and two cans of bug spray later, we were back in action and able to capture some lovely sun-shiney goodness. 🙂
After that, we headed into town…
…and discovered that Locke is a pretty darn adorable place! The town looks like it has not been touched in, oh 100 years or so, and it was just lovely. Very historic!
Aren’t these two so fierce?! Lovin’ it.
Contrary to what you may have heard, I did NOT go dumpster diving for these arrow-sign-things. 🙂
One of Jeff and Marie’s special requests for their session was to include a field and boy did we ever find the most gorgeous wheat field!
And seriously, how adorable are their outfits? Perfect for the wheat field.
Geoff even snapped off a couple Polaroids, including this cutie here.
This has gotta be one of my favorite photos. I believe Jeff and Marie called it the “rollin’ in the hay” shot:
Jeff and Marie, you two are the best, and so super sweet and nice. Thanks for rockin’ it! We can’t wait for your wedding in October!
